Northwest Automotive understands this apprehension. That is why we photo and document any recommended services or repairs, and take the time to explain the 'whats' and 'whys'. This allows you to make a more informed decision on your vehicle's service. We adhere to the manufacturer's recommendations when it comes to maintenance intervals, so you don't have to worry about being sold every filter or fluid flush possible each time you bring your vehicle in for service. If we recommend it, it's either due by the manufacturer's recommendation, or there is a picture and an explanation as to why the service is needed.
