booked an oil change, got an appointment right away; the service was quick and efficient and included a recommendation (though not a requirement) to do a filter change too, which I badly needed. Pleasant and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and upgraded waiting area. I will come back.

I called and got my hybird camry right in for service. was very pleased with the communication and service i recieved at northwest automotive. I will return for future service. I would ask that they put up a sign on the end of new building that faces there old location, finding there new location was a confusing....

Pleased with my first visit for an oil change. Plan on returning for future changes as well as other services. Honest. Not pushy. Help you prioritize repairs and explain in greater detail if needed...patience is key! We are not mechanics.

I love NW Automotive! They have serviced two of my vehicles, and the staff always take time to explain any issues they have found and help me prioritize what to fix first. I appreciate their shuttle service and their willingness to work with me on getting my vehicle in and out. Their customer service is fantastic! I love that they email a complete report of the vehicle inspection and break down the importance of each system, as well as the potential repercussions of not getting it fixed. That really helps me prioritize repairs if I cannot afford all the recommended maintenance at once. Love NW auto!

I love the comprehensive inspection with pictures that go with it. I appreciated Chris taking the time to explain how certain components worked so I could make a better decision on whether to go ahead with the repairs or whether they could wait a while longer. They took the time to get to the root cause of the noise I'd been hearing that the 'other' place always said they were sure was just fine. It wasn't just fine and I knew in my heart there had to be something wrong - it turned out to be a significant safety issue and NW Auto found it and corrected it. I've had no more noise since. Thank you guys.

As always Northwest Automotive was there in a pinch! I'm a pretty handy and mechanically knowledgeable person, but there's some tools that I just don't have in my arsenal to break loose seized parts and stripped bolts! Rather than pay hundreds or thousands for a tool(s) that I would likely only use once in my lifetime, I've always used Northwest Automotive instead. Less stress and worry for me. As usual they got it done promptly, professionally, honestly, and were friendly the whole time! This time our '11 RAV4 needed new hub assembly's on the front wheels. Our small hydraulic puller and slide hammer couldn't do it. When they put the new hub's on they took full responsibility for smashing the wheel speed sensor. I was able to drive off that afternoon with warnings from them that the speedometer, power steering, and stability control systems won't be working. They ordered the new sensor that day and were able to get it installed the following week free of charge. Honesty and accountability like that go a long ways in a small community! I've gone to other shops in the past that put temporary bandaids on their mistakes then after a few weeks tell me, "It was like that before." Northwest Automotive will never pull that trick on their customers! Thanks again guys!
