We found NW Auto in 2016 and immediately became hooked to their amazing skills, workmanship, honesty, loyalty to not only customers but a loyalty to our community. We have had many many services completed at NW Auto and always the same A+ results! This time around we had a MAJOR service and are more than happy with the results! Our car is like a brand new car! The BEST car repair work, their hometown charm, and genuine sincerity are what sets them apart from the rest!

The service has always been spectacular. Whether you just need a simple oil change, or repairs, this is the place to go. Even if you're car illiterate, you can trust them to diagnose the problem(s), and not try to sell you on additional repairs. The text alerts are pretty nifty, too! They'll send you updates to your phone and/or email, so you can see exactly what they found. Pictures and explanations of what needs to be repaired, and of what looks good. My little guy is obsessed with cars and trucks. I made one small remark about that, and Micah invited him to take a peek at the shop! They care about their customers--not just the vehicle--and it shows. I highly recommend Northwest Automotive to anyone!

I went on a mission to find a reliable, honest, respectful auto mechanic after going through a series of bad mechanics. I found it in Northwest Automotive. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them. When they weren't able to save my truck they refunded me for all the hours of work they had already put in. They made me, my kid and even my dog feel at home when we had to hang out in the lobby for hours and were very gracious when my ride didn't show up til after closing time. Thorough. Family friendly. Fair. They have made me a loyal customer.
